5 Commandments for Beautiful Hair

Fashion is full of changes, especially if we are talking about hair. Bangs, curls, straightening, lightening, inserts, ah the things women's hair is put through to be in trend. But one thing is always in - healthy hair. The following are commandments which should be followed in order to have beautiful and healthy hair.

1. Wash, color, nourish!

Wash hair every three days. If you have oily hair, then you are an exception and wash it as often as you like, but use mild shampoo for daily washing. Use conditioner for each wash, and a mask once a week. Avoid drastic color changes: new color should be only three shades lighter or darker than the natural hair color.

2. Do not dry your hair

Always finish rinsing your hair with cold water because it gives the hair a natural glow. Always soak up the excess water with a towel before putting in the conditioner.

3. Protect your hair from the sun!

It is obvious that the hair protection is necessary, but how many of us really do it? A very small number! Let your hair protection becomes routine because UV rays damage your hair just as much as they damage your skin. In summer, after every swim rinse the hair with plain water and apply a spray with UV protection.

4. Be patient with tangled hair!

If your hair is prone to tangling, comb it with a wide-toothed comb and untangle it little by little. If you don't succeed with a comb, apply some conditioner or serum which will soften the hair.

5. Be addicted to haircuts!

One of the few addictions that you need to support is the one with cutting the ends. Soft hair needs a haircut every six weeks, and thick hair every eight weeks. If you you're growing your hair and you think that cutting the ends will slow the growth of hair you are right. But a haircut will also prevent you from ending up with split ends in the hair which you will have to cut anyway as it looks awful. The choice is yours
