Love and gratitude: major factors in attracting abundance
by Unknown
Expressing love and gratitude on a regular basis has proven to be an effective and rapid way to raise your vibration, activate the Law of Attraction and increase abundance.
You immediately find yourself at peace when you express gratitude. You can't be angry and grateful at the same time.
When you express love, your whole world dances in joy and you feel instantly happy.
The strange but fascinating aspect of this is that when you express love, you raise your vibration. When you express gratitude, you raise your vibration. But when you express love and gratitude together, as a pair, you raise your vibration much more.
It's almost as if something beyond our mind's ability to understand occurs when love and gratitude go hand in hand. Why this happens is a mystery, though there are verifiable results that prove it true.
Hogwash, you might be thinking to yourself. Impossible. How can combining love and gratitude be proven to raise your vibration? Read on, dear skeptic, and keep your heart open.
I know the above wild, bold and extraordinary claim may sound ridiculous. Yet it deserves your research and attention if you consider yourself to be at all open-minded. It's hard to believe at first, yet if prayers have proven effective in healing, isn't it possible that expressing love and gratitude can raise your vibration?
"Prayer may be an effective adjunct to standard medical care," says cardiac researcher William Harris, Ph.D., who headed the St. Luke's study. The study was published in the October 25, 1999 issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine.
Prayers for gratitude and gratitude quotes all help you feel better. But if you truly want to change how your energy vibrates in your body, consider the following information carefully and check it out.
World respected author and scientist Masaru Emoto in his book The Hidden Messages in Water proves through pictures and studies that writing the words love and gratitude on bottles of water changes the way the crystallized water cells appear when pictures taken by special cameras are compared with water left untreated by the words love and gratitude.
Here's a quote from the producers and directors of one of the most fascinating, well respected and highly acclaimed documentaries of modern times, What the Bleep Do We Know?: What has put Dr. Emoto at the forefront of the study of water is his proof that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality. By producing different focused intentions through written and spoken words and music and literally presenting it to the same water samples, the water appears to "change its expression".
Pictures of water crystals are clear, brilliant, and beautiful to witness when thoughts of love and gratitude were focused upon the water. Water crystals were fragmented and broken up when negative thoughts were directed at the water.
When you consider that humans are 70-80% water as adults, and that we have the potential to change our vibrations merely by saying certain words, we can actually make our crystals within us be beautiful, clear and brilliant.
Thus, we humans have a new way of healing ourselves: if we focus on love and gratitude, we can increase our vibrations and drive disease away. But, and here is the BIG but, we have to be willing to focus on love and gratitude. And very few of us are willing because
Most people don't love or accept themselves enough yet to focus on love and gratitude.
Thus, raising our vibration is often easier said than done.
We often don't love ourselves because our many emotional wounds and traumas stored in our bodies make us act unconsciously. We do things and act in ways that totally confuse us, that aren't in our best interests, that have nothing to do with our intentions of loving ourselves. We act unconsciously because our emotions are much stroner than our will-power.
It's been proven that our unconscious rules the roost. Thus, although we say we want more love and gratitude in our lives, until we clear unconscious beliefs, we're spinning our wheels.
It's a shame because love is lacking in many of our lives. Not that we don't want love, of course we do. It's one of the aspects of life that give us the most satisfaction. In fact, studies show that more people on their deathbeds wish they'd experienced more love in their lives.
Yet, if love is so critical and so many of us are lacking it, what's the solution? How do we deepen our love for ourselves and our love for others?
Part of the problem is the levels of stress we create in our lives. Notice, I used the words we create. We need to begin looking at how we conduct and carryout our lives becfore we can change and find more love and gratitude.
We're living in a world where the masses of people feel enormous stress on a daily basis. Stress reducing drugs are the number one seller these days and more and more, people feel their lives are out of control.
However, help is available. As more and more people become desperate, they turn within and turn to God to seek answers.
We have been blessed to have stress reducing techniques available that work rapidly, quickly, and effectively. I know, because I've healed myself with a combination of these techniques and daily manage my post tramatic stress disorder PTSD with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
EFT helps me relieve my stress within moments. EFT is like acupuncture without the needles. EFT is a great step in helping me and others live happier, more fulfilling and less stressful lives.
I highly suggest EFT be taught in schools. In any program that stresses character education, EFT would be a great supplement. Gratitude and love flourish in a world where people are less stressed.
However, we each can choose to experience greater freedom and less stress by learning EFT.
