Whatever You Feel, Admit It To Yourself First

Is there anyone out there who has a rapier sharp mind, coupled with an IQ of 160 and above?..

Whether you look like that or not, you are a genius and can feel rightfully proud, so just skip right ahead to the next lesson. For the rest of us, however, this does make sense.

Think of those occasions when you've felt extremes of an emotion, and then literally "blurted it out" to someone else, without a thought or care? Regret can usually follow suit, so check with that "internal professor" in the brain, first..

..before feeling compelled to blat out such extreme "feelings", because it's usually a feeling and not a thought that goes so quickly through the system..

Just like that. So in the same way lesson 14 was about meditating and lesson 11 was about understanding our thoughts and feelings, this is an amalgamation of the two. In fact, maybe some geniuses out there do this "computation" all at once..

Wow! I salute you for such brilliant expertise. Besides, when we have run an "auto check " on ourselves a few times before speaking or acting, it becomes second nature, right? Especially when it comes to assessing an everyday situation with other people..
